We are currently accepting resumes for Production Workers at our Blairsville, Pennsylvania location. If hired as a production worker, you could possibly fill any of the following positions: Janitor – Perform normal janitorial duties throughout offices, laboratories, and shop and maintain plant grounds. Laborer – Perform general labor and maintenance work; provide assistance to maintenance personnel and perform basic functions across craft lines; move production/maintenance materials throughout the plant site. Oiler - Lubricate all machine tools and equipment within the plant site. Repair grease and oil lines where no fabrication or major disassembly is necessary, maintain water level in batteries. Heat Treat Operator - Set up and operate various types of heat treating furnaces, quenching facilities, atmosphere supply systems, and other auxiliary equipment per process specifications or special instructions. Assist tool and die machinist in maintaining inventories of tooling and raw materials and in the preparation and test of material for machining. Supply Specialist – Coordinate and perform duties required to operate the expense storerooms. Operate motor vehicles as directed. Ship, receive, deliver and pick up incoming and outgoing material, supplies, etc. Layout, build and repair containers for shipping. Pickling/Annealing Operator – Clean, pickle, debur, measure, blast, and anneal all types of tubing according to instructions and specifications under guidance of the area supervisor. Fuel or Non-Fuel Factory Finisher – Set up and operate various tube finishing equipment. Perform operations necessary to clean, condition, lubricate, and finish tubing. Move material, maintain housekeeping, perform minor maintenance and lubrication, according to instructions or specifications. Cold Pilger Operator – Set up, load, and operate cold pilger machine units to produce tubing to established specifications. Clean, repair, grind, measure, identify and maintain an inventory of auxiliary parts, tooling and mandrel rods.

Requirements

  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 months manufacturing, mining, mechanical, electrical, or related military experience.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Must be willing and able to work all three shifts and overtime.
  • Strong demonstrated mechanical aptitude is required.
  • The successful candidate must also be able to lift or carry between 20-40 pounds and push between 20-65 pounds.
  • The ability to stand, walk and bend frequently throughout the day is also a requirement for successful job performance.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 year technical degree in an electrical, mechanical, or associated program is preferred.
