About The Position
The Production Worker sews straps and pouches in a variety of colors and lengths. The role uses commercial sewing and production equipment to perform basic assembly and finishing tasks. High school education, sewing or production machinery knowledge, and factory production experience are preferred or desired but are not required.

- Must be able to follow instructions and shop rules.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic working knowledge of sewing or production machinery desired, but not required.
- Factory production work experience desired.
Responsibilities
- Sew straps and pouches in different colors and lengths.
- Use a commercial sewing machine and perform basic bench assembly.
- Perform bar-tacking and operate stud/post and snap-cap machines.
- Use a hot knife, trim materials, and handle materials.
- Perform simple machine operations.
- Follow instructions and shop rules.
