About The Position

This is a fast-paced production facility that requires lifting, stacking, sorting, and bundling of wood products. Clean-up duties include sweeping sawdust, picking up debris, emptying garbage, etc. This is a labor-intensive job and may require working at heights. This position is entry level, and we will train the right candidate. There are lots of opportunities for advancement within the company.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Excellent attendance
• Commitment to maintain a safe work environment without compromise
• Recognize problems and have them corrected immediately
• Understand the importance of teamwork and have a positive impact on the team
• Open-minded and positive in dealing with change and new ways of doing things
• Able to communicate effectively with your team and other departments
• Take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (which includes testing for cannabis)
