About The Position
This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Production Worker in Elk Grove Village, IL with Signify. Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing site performing production or assembly
- Ability to frequently lift 25 lbs and stand for 8 hours
- Ability to work from 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday along with OT as needed
- Excellent attendance record
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs
Responsibilities
- Transform semi-finished goods into finished lighting products
- Operate safely and in accordance with work instructions as well as operational procedures
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Meet production requirements
- Actively participate in continuous improvements initiatives
