About The Position

Champion Home Builders in Burleson is seeking a Production Worker with General Construction Trim and woodworking experience to join their team. This role involves working on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work in a fast-paced and consistent manner. The position requires performing all manual labor in the assigned area, building roofs in a production setting, and maintaining a neat and clean work area. Responsibilities include reading and using a tape measure, reading blueprints and orders, communicating effectively with coworkers, and using hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

Requirements

• Less than high school education; or up to six-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Must understand safety procedures.
• Must have good teamwork skills.
• Must live the Champion Operating Principles.
• Must have general construction experience and knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
