About The Position

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work in a fast-paced and consistent manner. This role involves performing all manual labor in the assigned area, keeping the area neat and clean, reading and using a tape measure, reading blueprints and orders, communicating effectively with coworkers, and using hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

Requirements

• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Must understand safety procedures.
• Must have good teamwork skills.
• Must live the Champion Operating Principles.
• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
