About The Position

The Production Worker I is responsible for producing quality product in an efficient manner, following all safety procedures, and ensuring FDA and USDA standards. This role requires a positive and professional attitude, willingness to work in all areas of production, and the ability to work cooperatively with a team to meet production goals. The position involves maintaining a clean and safe work area, adhering to strict personal hygiene and PPE guidelines, and reporting to work on time when scheduled.

Requirements

Must be 18+
High school education or equivalent.
Must have the ability to use logical thinking or solve problems.
Follow all written and verbal instructions.

Nice To Haves

Previous Warehouse experience would be helpful.

Responsibilities

Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
Follows production list provided by supervisor.
Must be willing to work in all areas of production.
Required to assist in set up and clean up responsibilities.
Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
Flexible schedule and willingness to work to completion of job.
Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
Maintain work equipment utilized in job, report any issues to management.
Report potential issues to management.
Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene, dress code and proper PPE usage.
Adheres to company policies and individual store guidelines.
Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
Needs to be able to work alongside other individuals on the line as a team.
Maintaining and ensuring food safety.
Assist management with procedures to ensure quality product while seeking cost cutting ideas.
Practices HAACP and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.
Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
Be aware of allergens to prevent cross contamination of product.
