The Mixer is responsible for making all the product necessary for production. SOPs are critical to meet customer specifications and maintenance of food safety, quality and process efficiency. Operator’s manual available on each line. Ensures that all tasks and functions of position are performed in a safe manner at all times and that all procedures and requirements are properly followed to accomplish assigned tasks. Responsible for food safety and quality as well as reporting food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority if unable to initiate action.
