About The Position

Milgard Windows & Doors is hiring a Production Worker I to support our Grave Shift operations in Fife, WA. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, active work and take pride in delivering high-quality results. The Production Worker I will support the fiberglass lineal production process by ensuring key operational goals are met, following standard work instructions, delivering high-quality work on schedule, demonstrating Milgard’s Core Values, adhering to safety procedures, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of related work experience preferred (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Fiberglass, Painting)
• Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, fractions)
• Ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

• Ensuring key operational goals are met: On-Time Delivery, Quality, Productivity, Safety, Housekeeping, and Scrap reduction
• Following standard work instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
• Delivering high-quality work on schedule to help meet customer expectations
• Demonstrating Milgard’s Core Values in all workplace interactions
• Adhering to all safety procedures and wearing required PPE
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
