Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work quickly, and stay on task.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and safety.
  • Comfortable working in hot, cold, or wet environments.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of a High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Follow daily production schedules and instructions from Leads and Supervisors.
  • Assemble, prepare, package, and inspect food products according to company standards.
  • Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently after training.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Follow all food safety rules including GMPs, HACCP, and allergen control procedures.
  • Complete required production documentation such as counts, lot tracking, and labels.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with changeovers, setup, and cleanup as needed between product runs.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all company safety protocols.
  • Other duties as assigned.
