About The Position

Associates are needed for 1st and 2nd shifts at Diversified Foods and Seasonings, a division of Al Copeland Investments, located in Theodore, AL. The company manufactures proprietary custom-blended dry marinades, gravies, sauces, batters, and breading. Various Food Production Associates are needed, including Stackers who stack 50-pound boxes or bags, Blenders who operate the blender, put raw ingredients into a blender, and complete paperwork, and Case Packers who pack product in boxes.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for 10 hours
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to frequently go up and down stairs
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Stack 50-pound boxes or bags
• Operate the blender, put raw ingredients into a blender, and complete paperwork
• Pack product in boxes
