About The Position
Thermon is hiring Production Workers (Assemblers) to join their team. In this hands-on role, you will primarily assemble heated blankets and wraps for their Powerblanket product line used in critical industries around the world. The company will provide training and support for those looking to learn a new skill, regardless of prior manufacturing experience.
Requirements
- Dependable and ready to work
- Comfortable using hand tools or willing to learn
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to lift up 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or trade school background is helpful
Responsibilities
- Assemble heated blankets using basic hand tools
- Install insulation, heating elements, and other components
- Follow work instructions and assembly diagrams
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
