About The Position

The Production Waste & Cleaning Crew Member is responsible for keeping the areas of Building 41 (Microwave) clean and orderly. This role involves weighing popcorn production waste, waste dumping using a lift, sweeping the production floor, washing mats, trash cans, and floors, and tracking waste while completing required paperwork. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor. This position requires regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, and repetitive movement. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to perform basic math, including addition and subtraction
• Ability to accurately record measurements such as weight, volume, and distance
• Ability to identify and resolve routine problems while working independently and following established procedures
• Regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing and pulling, climbing stairs, and repetitive movement
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Previous cleaning, sanitation, or food manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
