About The Position

BSN SPORTS is hiring Production and Warehouse Associates for onsite work at 950 E. Avenue K in Grand Prairie, Texas. Associates will work in one of several areas: warehouse outbound or picking, or production in the DTF Heat Press or Print Room. The posting does not specify further role-specific duties.

Candidates should be energetic, organized, attentive to detail, comfortable working in a structured and process-oriented environment, and able to learn tasks quickly. The role requires effective communication in English, basic arithmetic, computer literacy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Previous warehouse or other related experience is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish skills are a bonus.

The role regularly involves standing for long periods, repetitive body movements, and lifting 15–50 pounds. Employees must also tolerate a non-climate-controlled work environment and be able to work seasonal mandatory overtime as needed while maintaining excellent attendance.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of continued work experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend English-language documents, instructions, and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English and participate in work discussions and meetings.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, with extensive experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills.
• Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment, multitask, and solve problems.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to learn tasks quickly, work accurately and collaboratively, and maintain punctuality and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work seasonal mandatory overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive body movements regularly.
• Ability to lift 15–50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to tolerate a non-climate-controlled environment.
