About The Position

Our Production Utility Operators work in all aspects of the manufacturing floor to help make boxes/displays for some of the biggest customers out there! Think boxes for Butcher Box, moving with Home Depot, Amazon deliveries, Hello Fresh meals, and more! This role offers a path to a lifelong career in a state-of-the-art, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 3-6 Months in Manufacturing or Production Environment.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a state-of-the-art, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, talk, and hear regularly.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in the packaging industry; paper, plastics, converting.
• 6 months’ experience in some type of manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Work in all aspects of the manufacturing floor to help make boxes/displays.
• Operate machinery and equipment as needed.
• Assist with material handling and movement.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
