Requirements

Proven experience in a training coordinator or similar role, particularly within a production or manufacturing environment.
Experience in the P allet Industry strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety protocols preferably in the pallet industry
Forklift operator experience require
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with people of diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to training challenges.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with General manager and Human Resource Director to identify training needs and skills gaps within the production team.
Develop comprehensive training programs, including instructional materials, presentations, and hands-on workshops tailored to production processes and equipment.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
Facilitate training sessions, using a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback and performance metrics to refine and improve training content.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and employee progress.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during training activities.
