About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Trainer to train and guide new hires and existing partners on day-to-day processes in a manufacturing environment. The role supports the development of new hires and ongoing development of tenured partners, while helping maintain quality, efficiency, and safety standards in the Distribution Center.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of training and production experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper development of new hires.
• Support the continued development of tenured partners.
• Work with supervisors to identify quality and efficiency issues.
• Document and enforce Distribution Center training procedures.
• Uphold quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems as necessary.
• Implement safety processes and procedures.
