Requirements

Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Solid ability to read, understand and maintain records as required.
Solid ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Thorough understanding of the production process.
Solid ability to work well with a team.
Willing and able to teach, coach, and develop others.
Good with Microsoft office products and able to do data entry in a timely fashion.
Must be comfortable with public speaking.

Responsibilities

Assists with coordinating all production training.
Planning, scheduling, and facilitating all training for production staff.
Ensures all training is entered into the correct tracking system.
Ensures all training is given before the due date.
Understands the production policies, practices, and procedures. Ensures the team understands and follows these procedures.
May be responsible to assist supervisor in overseeing colleague performance and training needs.
Responsible for training colleagues on the line.
Follow safety regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
