About The Position

Crane Aerospace & Electronics has a unique and exciting opportunity for a Production/Technical Trainer at our Fort Walton Beach, FL site. Hours are Monday-Friday 6am-3:30pm on a 9/80 schedule. Crane Aerospace & Electronics supplies critical systems and components to the aerospace and defense markets. You’ll find Crane Aerospace & Electronics in some of the toughest environments: from engines to landing gear; from satellites to medical implants and from missiles to unmanned aerial systems (UAS). Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) or more years experience as a Quality Inspector or Operator in an electronics manufacturing environment required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiar with IPC standards, printed circuits and circuits packaging.
• IPC certifications.
• Proficiency with complex manufacturing process.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and standard work instructions.
• Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conducts stand-up classroom operator’s skills instruction.
• Conducts procedure and inspection training.
• Maintain training records and files.
• Representing the site during audits.
• Tracking certifications.
• Spot audits of skills and processes.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
