About The Position

This role is for an entry-level member of the management team who will set an example of professionalism and is committed to achieving and maintaining an injury-free workplace. The Production Trainer will be fully qualified in all Material Handler and Inspector Packer tasks. This position involves training new hires and auditing the shift on the Sonoco Quality system, documenting quality changes, and assisting with improvements. The trainer will also serve as the shift lead in the absence of the regular shift lead and perform Inspector Packer or Material Handler duties as needed. Other duties may be assigned.

• Works as an Inspector Packer or Material Handler as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
