About The Position

The Production Test Technician performs production testing and mechanical assembly work, including selecting, setting up, and calibrating specialized test equipment and conducting helium leak tests. The role requires familiarity with specified flow-control and pneumatic components, the ability to read flow diagram drawings, and the ability to troubleshoot and help resolve defects. The technician works independently with moderate supervision and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of production or related work experience.
• A.A. degree or equivalent work experience, or a combination of education and experience.
• Vocational or technical training, or equivalent.
• Experience testing digital and/or analog systems.
• Knowledge of transducers, mass flow controllers, regulators, and pneumatic valve components.
• Good visual and manual dexterity.
• Strong understanding of related mechanics.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• Ability to interact with other members of the organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and 10-key skills.
