Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3-8 years of experience in manufacturing test support, electronics testing, troubleshooting, or related production environments.
Experience with root cause analysis, test equipment maintenance, production support, and process improvement preferred.
Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to support and train team members.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, components, test equipment, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and specifications.
Experience with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve manufacturing, test, and system-level issues involving electronic and mechanical assemblies.
Perform setup, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of production test equipment.
Test and validate assemblies, subassemblies, and final systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop and execute test methods, procedures, and specifications using engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and prevent recurring defects.
Perform rework and repairs on assemblies and systems based on test results.
Document test results, technical findings, and corrective action recommendations.
Support production operations by resolving complex technical issues and maintaining consistent line performance.
Assist with test equipment setup, technical guidance, and production support to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Escalate complex issues as needed to support operational objectives.
