Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a plant or manufacturing environment (Operators, Assembly Line, Production, etc).
  • Must have a High School Diploma.
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
  • Candidates will need to either be clean-shaven or have very low facial hair, in order to be fitted for respirator.
  • Candidates will need to pass a Basic Math & Reading Comprehension assessment before being interviewed.
  • Candidate will need to pass a Pre-Employment Physical.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience is a plus, but not necessary. We will train on Forklift.
  • CHEMICALS EXPERIENCE IS A HUGE PLUS!

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, or tend machines to mix or blend ingredients to make products.
  • Regulate machines, operate equipment and mix or blend ingredients according to formulation batch cards accurately to meet production and/or inventory levels.
  • Maintain highest level of quality at all times.
  • Collect samples from batch for laboratory testing.
  • Responsible to clean machine and workstation.
