Production Technician Day Shift

We ’re especially looking for experienced Production Technicians and Automated Line Technicians who are ready for a fresh start with opportunities to earn more based on your experience! This role operates on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule in a clean, climate-controlled environment. The Day Shift runs from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a rotating schedule of work 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then flipping the schedule weekly.
Requirements
- Proven track record of reliability and steady employment.
- Reliable, self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills.
- Team players who enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on role.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or related work is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
