This role involves working 12-hour rotating shifts in a clean, climate-controlled environment. The schedule is a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, meaning you work 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, and then flip the schedule weekly. The Day Shift hours are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements

• Proven track record of reliability and steady employment.
• Reliable, self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills.
• Team players who enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on role.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or related work is a plus.
