About The Position

Under the supervision of the Molding Technical Supervisor, the Technical Cell Production Operator (TCPO) ensures that components are produced that meet or exceed Amcor customer expectations by performing the following duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, color changes, changeovers and necessary adjustments to insure processes are in control at all times. Perform daily machine inspections Re-start Molding machines after first-shot approval. Clean mold cavities Troubleshoot the machines and peripheral equipment as needed Enter data onto production and quality paperwork Assist Molding CPO and PETs as needed Perform all activities safely, including the use of LOTO as required by company policy. Conduct safety inspections of equipment and tooling prior to use. Within the confines of the job, ensure the safe operation of all equipment prior to turning it back over to running production. Promote plant goals such as Safety/Housekeeping, Quality, GMP, and ISO.
