Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Ability to follow procedures and instructions precisely
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
  • Attention to detail and respect for quality standards
  • Leadership, autonomy and good work ethic
  • Ability to adapt to change and open-mindedness
  • Ability to make the right decisions quickly
  • Able to use a measuring tape and a spectrophotometer
  • Ability to use workstation computer equipment (HMI)
  • Ability to understand how machines work (logic, mechanics)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating automated production lines
  • Forklift driving experience
  • Overhead crane experience
  • bi-directional lift experience

Responsibilities

  • Follow all health and safety procedures, operational standards, and company values
  • Operate and monitor automated production equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform routine machine adjustments and basic preventive maintenance
  • Learn and maintain skills in the production line areas where required (steel, injection, saw, packaging, stacker, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues in collaboration with team members
  • Ensure product quality by following established standards and procedures
  • Complete and maintain required production documentation accurately
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process optimizations
  • Perform other related tasks based on operational needs
