Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions precisely
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
- Attention to detail and respect for quality standards
- Leadership, autonomy and good work ethic
- Ability to adapt to change and open-mindedness
- Ability to make the right decisions quickly
- Able to use a measuring tape and a spectrophotometer
- Ability to use workstation computer equipment (HMI)
- Ability to understand how machines work (logic, mechanics)
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating automated production lines
- Forklift driving experience
- Overhead crane experience
- bi-directional lift experience
Responsibilities
- Follow all health and safety procedures, operational standards, and company values
- Operate and monitor automated production equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Perform routine machine adjustments and basic preventive maintenance
- Learn and maintain skills in the production line areas where required (steel, injection, saw, packaging, stacker, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues in collaboration with team members
- Ensure product quality by following established standards and procedures
- Complete and maintain required production documentation accurately
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process optimizations
- Perform other related tasks based on operational needs
