Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Required to use a respirator.
  • Able to lift up to 25kg.

Nice To Haves

  • Post-Secondary Education with a diploma in an applicable area of study.
  • Industrial experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, adjust and maintain pharmaceutical processing units and equipment in the manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and/or Fermentation products.
  • Executing both routine and complex production processes with the highest regard for safety, excellence and quality.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during production, as well as working with the manufacturing team to maximize production efficiency and meet departmental and company goals.
  • Work In compliance with GMP, GDP and standard operating procedures, performs production and assembly processes in a laboratory production environment.
  • Operates production/filling/packaging equipment.
  • Maintains records to comply with regulatory requirements and may assist with in-process testing to ensure batches meet specifications.
  • May help in validating processes and equipment that are directly related to filtration, cleaning and sterilization.
  • Work and communicate effectively in a team environment.
