About The Position

Distinctive Kitchens and Baths is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. This role is crucial for supporting the production process by assembling cabinets and related components, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Daily tasks include loading cabinet parts onto production lines, assembling cabinets and hardware, inspecting finished products for quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Production Technician will also support machining and production teams as needed and contribute to meeting production deadlines and overall operational efficiency. Success in this role is defined by consistently producing high-quality cabinet products, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards, and collaborating with team members to achieve production goals.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical labor in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 60 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with production equipment and machinery
• Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or construction environments

Responsibilities

• Load cabinet parts onto production lines for assembly
• Assemble cabinet components and hardware as required
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to support production efficiency and deadlines
• Assist in lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and production floor
• Assist machining department when needed
• Follow all company health and safety standards and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
