About The Position

The Associate Technician supports the production department by meeting productivity and quality standards. The role follows work instructions and company policies, supports safe operations, and works with supervisors, team leaders, and associates to address production, quality, and workflow needs. The position is full-time and listed for the first shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and meet strict deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, including during breaks and lunch periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and encourage others to do the same.
• Complete equipment calibration and setup, and promptly report maintenance issues to the Supervisor.
• Identify quality, process, and workflow problems and inform the Supervisor about outstanding or recurring issues.
• Help train Associates, mentor new hires, and cross-train associates as needed.
• Communicate information and expectations with the Supervisor; participate in team meetings and focus groups and offer input on facility issues.
• Treat associates with respect and dignity, maintain a positive attitude, and report issues or concerns to the Supervisor.
• Support management decisions, communicate concerns when appropriate, and assist the Team Leader and Supervisor in carrying out their duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and notify the Supervisor of potential safety or health issues.
• Follow and monitor safety requirements and provide immediate feedback when necessary.
• Maintain adherence to company policies.
