Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, mechanical, or technical experience preferred.
Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and technical documents.
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assemble and manufacture X-ray tubes and related components according to established procedures.
Follow production schedules and complete assigned work on time.
Operate production equipment, tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
Inspect parts and completed work to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Monitor production processes and report issues or improvement opportunities.
Support continuous improvement efforts that help increase quality, efficiency, and safety.
Work closely with teammates and other departments to meet production goals.
Follow all company quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures.
Assist in safety audits and help address any identified concerns.
Support other production areas as business needs change.
Perform additional duties as assigned to help the team succeed.
