Requirements

A High School diploma / GED is required.
Must be able to read, comprehend and understand work instructions.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Must be able to operate fork truck, electric hoist, scales, and label machines.
Should be comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, hand and finger manipulation, occasional stooping, crouching, climbing and capable of lifting 40lbs.
Must be able to wear a full face or half face respirator.
Persons considered for this position must be either a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder) or otherwise classifiable as a U.S. person under relevant regulations.

Nice To Haves

Basic computer skills in Microsoft Suite are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

Read, understand, and use Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMI’s), Job-Safety Analysis’ (JSA), and schedules to accomplish daily production tasks.
Support and participate in current and new safety initiatives/policies as business needs arise.
Follow step by step instructions detailed by senior operators in turnover reports, written job instructions, or verbal instructions.
Ensure inventory accuracy by performing basic math and maintaining an organized workspace.
Work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to complete tasks on-time while meeting all safety and quality requirements.
Perform the operation of machines, fork trucks, and/or associated equipment.
