Position Overview: As a Production Mechanic, you are responsible for running and monitoring specific equipment on the production line in a safe and reliable manner. Your role focus on building fundamental technical skills, developing process discipline, and learning the basics of equipment performance and quality checks. The Production Technician / Production Mechanic is expected to follow standard operating procedures, respond to basic equipment stops, and escalate abnormalities. With strong performance, technical curiosity, and learning agility, this core can progress into Production Specialist, gaining broader technical responsibility and autonomy. The Millersburg plant is a high-volume, fast-paced 24/7-365 days/year manufacturing environment. Our crews work 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am) working 4 days one week/ 3 days the following week. Schedules will rotate from day to night shift every 4 weeks.
