Performs all Senior Production Operator and below job responsibilities, where applicable. Requires high-level technical skill sets to perform setup, startup, troubleshooting, and operation of basic and intermediate manufacturing processes and equipment, including knowledge of job practices, TWI procedures, concepts, and principles. Consistently practices workplace safety, applies lean tools and techniques to identify and solve operational problems, and measurably improves processes. Executes tasks across multiple intermediate and some advanced technologies within the department. Provides training for all basic and intermediate levels of technological processes. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of related manufacturing experience.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly acquire new skills and knowledge.
  • Proficient in basic math, including the use of calculators and measuring tools.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, troubleshoot, and operate intermediate technology machines.
  • Manage start-up, operation, and shutdown of machinery, supporting 25% of production.
  • Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and cartoning, with occasional manual tasks.
  • Perform inspections, resolve issues, and maintain quality data.
  • Train new team members and pursue continuous learning.
  • Identify waste and enhance 5S efficiency.
  • Utilize Panduit Oracle for manufacturing data and maintenance orders.
