About The Position

Clear Colorado Group LLC, our trusted Colorado partner, is looking for a motivated Production Technician to join 3rd shift crew and help create our infused pre-rolled TWAX products from start to finish. Requirements

• Previous cannabis production experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production and rolling machinery
• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, make adjustments, and safely operate equipment
• Ability to work 3rd shift, Sunday night –Friday morning, with reliable attendance; 9:00pm - 5:30am
• Active MED badge required
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Comfortable working in a clean-room style environment using proper PPE
• Reliable transportation
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Preparing cannabis biomass for infusion
• Assisting with oil infusion and production workflows
• Preparing and staging hardware components
• Operating RollPro Blackbird joint roller machine.
• Finishing, packaging, and preparing products for distribution
• Maintaining cleanliness and quality standards throughout production
