Physical labour, attention to detail, problem solving, reliability and teamwork are essential functions of this position. Requirements
- Minimum of Grade 12 Graduation for Full Time positions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work alone or collaboratively as a team member
- Ability to problem solve
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance
Responsibilities
- Ability and availability to do shift work – 8 to 10-hour shifts
- Willing to work overtime if required
- Must adhere to safety and process requirements
- Provide own CSA approved safety footwear
- Must be flexible to cross train throughout the plant
- Appreciation for quality
