Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Assemble products and components according to specifications.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate when needed.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized.
