We’re especially looking for experienced Production Technicians and Automated Line Technicians who are ready for a fresh start with opportunities to earn more based on your experience! We are now hiring Production Technicians for the Night Shift. This role offers a starting pay of $16.30 - $20.08 per hour based on years of manufacturing experience, plus a $1.50/hr shift differential. New hires are eligible for a $750 bonus. The schedule involves 12-hour rotating shifts in a clean, climate-controlled environment. The Night Shift hours are 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, with a rotating schedule of work 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then flipping the schedule weekly.

Requirements

• Proven track record of reliability and steady employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or related work is a plus.
• Reliable, self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills.
• Team players who enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on role.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an Automated Line Technician.
