About The Position

Panduit is hiring a Production Technician to set up, start, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing processes. The role uses advanced technical skills to support safe, efficient production and applies lean tools. The technician operates intermediate-technology machines, manages machinery start-up and shutdown, handles product packaging and quality inspections, trains team members, and contributes to process improvement. The role also uses Panduit Oracle for manufacturing data and maintenance orders. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of related manufacturing experience.
Ability to learn quickly and acquire new skills and knowledge.
Proficiency in basic math, including use of calculators and measuring tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Panduit will not sponsor work visas.

Responsibilities

Set up, troubleshoot, and operate intermediate-technology machines.
Manage machinery start-up, operation, and shutdown, supporting 25% of production.
Package, label, and carton products accurately, including occasional manual tasks.
Perform inspections, resolve quality issues, and maintain quality data.
Train new team members and pursue continuous learning.
Identify waste and improve 5S efficiency.
Use Panduit Oracle for manufacturing data and maintenance orders.
