About The Position

Panduit is hiring a Production Technician to set up, start, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing processes. The role uses advanced technical skills and lean tools to support safe, efficient production. The technician works with multiple technologies and equipment, trains other team members, and contributes to continuous improvement. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and acquire new skills and knowledge.
• Proficiency in basic math, including use of calculators and measuring tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate intermediate-technology machines.
• Manage machinery start-up, operation, and shutdown, supporting 25% of production.
• Package, label, and carton products accurately, including occasional manual tasks.
• Perform inspections, resolve quality issues, and maintain quality data.
• Train new team members and pursue continuous learning.
• Identify waste and improve 5S efficiency.
• Use Panduit Oracle for manufacturing data and maintenance orders.
