Production Technician - 2nd shift
About The Position
The Production Technician performs technical functions related to producing batteries and capacitors. The role includes preparing and mixing chemicals to specified parameters, cleaning and sanitizing equipment in accordance with 5S practices, and carrying out standardized or prescribed assignments involving related operations under limited supervision. The technician also supports production quality through testing, visual inspection, and required documentation while following company values, safety and quality requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. The schedule is 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Friday. The salary range is $20.91–$30.67, plus a 15% shift differential.
Requirements
- High school graduation.
- At least 5 years of experience in a regulated industry.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree (preferred but not required).
- Experience with 5S area organization and cleanliness.
- Experience with chemical mixing.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to Integer values and safety, quality, environmental, regulatory, company policy, and operating procedure requirements, including QMS, EMS, and FDA regulations.
- Prepare and mix chemicals according to specific parameters.
- Compile and summarize test results for evaluation by engineering support teams.
- Conduct visual inspection of routine parts and determine whether products pass or fail quality requirements.
- Complete required documentation, including reports, RMAs, DIRs, SDRs, LDRs, cell codes, work orders, and SOKs, according to applicable specifications and procedures.
- Clean equipment covered by the role’s chemical-mixing work using 5S practices to support equipment and product quality.
- Perform other functions as required.
