We’re hiring Production Technicians across multiple departments, including: CNC Machining (We need both entry level and experienced operators), Core Room (core machine operating & core processing), Melt Line (hot iron handling / production flow), and Maintenance Support (entry level machine maintenance / cleaning).
Requirements
- Reliable. Shows up ready to work.
- Follows direction and established processes
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Nice To Haves
- Mechanically inclined is a plus
- Previous manufacturing or foundry experience is helpful, not required
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Perform material handling and support production flow
- Inspect, process, and verify components to spec
- Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures
- Record and communicate accurate production data
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running efficiently
