About The Position

At Cardinal IG - Roanoke, we are looking for production technicians to join our team that share our values of Safety, Positive Attitude, Work Ethic and Integrity. We offer two shift options: 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm - 11:00pm) and 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 11:00pm to 7:00am).

Requirements

• Team player with a commitment to safety and quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow work policies and procedures with an attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position and pass the required pre-employment physical testing and drug-screening.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours per day.
• Must be reliable with excellent attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience helpful but not required.
