About The Position

A Production Technician for LN2 & Wet Process is accountable for processing customer parts per customer requirements while maintaining quality inspections and meeting production rate requirements. This role ensures company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are met or exceeded by continuously monitoring each step of the production process. Responsibilities include the start-up of LN2 & Wet Process jobs, communicating with other technicians, visually monitoring tanks, maintaining a clean work area, and completing required paperwork. The technician must also stay up-to-date with required trainings and follow proper safety procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be a Citizen of the United States of America or have a current Green Card
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure safety and quality
  • General computer skills and the ability to work with basic computer programs
  • Ability to balance workload effectively and stay organized
  • Ability to read and understand processes, procedures, and instructions
  • Ability to work and collaborate with others respectfully and professionally
  • Ability to be dependable and punctual, work overtime as needed
  • Lift up to 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. on occasion
  • Ability to use hand tools requiring using fine dexterity and precision
  • Standing, sitting, walking, stooping, and bending for 8 hours as the position requires
  • Ability to withstand occasional odors

  • Continuously monitor each step of production process to ensure quality of parts
  • Responsible for start-up of LN2 & Wet Process jobs
  • Communicate with other technicians within department to share needed information throughout workday
  • Responsible for visually monitoring tanks and communicating issues with the Department Manager
  • Maintain a clean line, free of clutter. Store equipment properly
  • Notify the Department Manager of any necessary maintenance repairs that are needed
  • Properly complete required paperwork
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area
  • Keep up to date with required trainings within the LMS system
  • Follow proper safety procedures such as wearing Personal Protective Equipment including safety glasses, gloves, respirators or other as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
