About The Position
Become a success story within our production team in the Assembly Dept! Hours: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Pay is based upon experience $21.00/HR-$26.00/HR
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in aiding the production team in a manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Power Point, Publisher, and Excel.
- Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of product conversion, effective oral and written communication skills, and/or the ability to delegate and learn.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred experience within metal fabrication, assembly, or welding.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery used in the production process.
- Examine products to verify conformance to procedures.
- Move raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or with pallet jack.
- Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
- Mark or tag identification on parts.
- Controls accuracy of product moving from WIP to finished goods using ERP system.
- Separate products according to level of completion and production schedule.
- Troubleshoots inventory inaccuracies within production area.
- Production Technician reports to the Production Supervisor.
- Maintains production operations by organizing the areas conversion and assisting the Production Leads.
