About The Position

Cardinal LG is hiring for several positions at an in-person hiring event on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at 1300 SW 44th Ave, Ocala, FL 34474. Entrance is through the employee parking lot. Openings include Production Technicians on all shifts, Industrial Maintenance Technicians on all shifts, an Industrial HVAC Technician on first shift, an Industrial Fabricator on first shift, and a Forklift Operator on second shift. Experience is required for the Industrial Maintenance Technician, Industrial HVAC Technician, Industrial Fabricator, and Forklift Operator positions. Applicants should bring an updated resume with recent job history, a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or state ID), their shift availability, and any questions. Shift schedules are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM for first shift (limited positions; applicants should have backup availability), Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM for second shift, and Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM for third shift. Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or GED, and having reliable transportation. The role requires lifting at least 50 pounds solo and team-lifting at least 100 pounds. Pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background screening are required.
