About The Position

Cardinal LG is holding a hiring event to fill several positions across all shifts. They are looking for Production Technicians, Industrial Maintenance Technicians, Industrial HVAC Technicians, Industrial Fabricators, and Forklift Operators. Experience is required for most of these roles, and candidates must be available for all shifts, though limited positions are available for the 1st shift. Candidates should bring an updated resume, a valid government-issued photo ID, and their shift availability.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs solo
• Ability to team lift a minimum of 100lbs
• Pre-Employment Physical
• Pre-Employment Drug Screen
• Pre-Employment background screen (second chance employer, violent convictions may be disqualifying)
• Experience required for Industrial Maintenance Technicians, Industrial HVAC Technician, Industrial Fabricator, and Forklift Operator roles.

Nice To Haves

• Availability for backup shifts if applying for 1st shift positions.
