Looking for a rewarding career with a company that values people, growth, sustainability, and teamwork? Join our Duraflake team as a Production Technician! This role is on a 12-hour shift schedule, either fixed day or night shifts, with night shifts required as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be willing and able to be certified to safely operate a forklift or other mobile equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work in a variety of environments including but not limited to: dusty (wood dust), hot, cold, or wet.
Post offer, you must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and physical capability assessment.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Respond to upset conditions and work closely with any and all team members to address problems
Communicate with team members about production line activities, any upset conditions experienced, and follow up on the resolution
Properly complete product changes and productively operate the equipment
Create maintenance requests for equipment problems in a timely manner and follow-up as needed to ensure work is completed
Actively participate in any problem-solving meetings and contribute to improving processes
Complete paperwork and electronic entries as necessary
