About The Position

As a Production Technician – Mechanical Quality Control, you will play a critical role in ensuring each completed ambulance meets Crestline’s quality standards and customer specifications before it leaves the facility. This is a hands-on position focused on inspection, testing, and verification, ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and safety and enjoys working with mechanical systems.

Requirements

Capably use hand tools and power tools.
Reliably read a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance.
Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements.
Adhere to safe work practices.
Ability to carry, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to reach forward and overhead at or beyond a full arms length for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical quality inspections on new ambulances coming off the assembly line
Perform O2 and suction tests
Perform fit and function tests for stretchers and other equipment
Conduct weight analysis
Create information sheets with weight analysis and load test information
Read and understand drawings, blueprints, and work orders
