About The Position

The Production Technician III (Team Leader) must be proficient in all positions within the assigned line and lead the team. The role coordinates, plans, and trains department requirements by providing clear written and verbal instructions to group members and promptly addressing questions or concerns. The position reports to the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

• Proven excellent attendance with the company.
• No corrective action write-ups within the last year.
• Acceptance of ongoing change and ability to adapt to working in different departments, sometimes daily.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and JDE.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, set priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of employment experience at Morbark.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED training at company expense.

• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate, plan, and train department requirements.
• Provide clear written and verbal instructions to team members and promptly address questions or concerns.
• Become proficient in all positions within the assigned line and lead the team.
